Goodbye, Winter. Spring is here in the air. Daffodil and Tulip flowers are in blooming, you see colours everywhere. Birds are building their nest, in branches way up high in the tree.
But out of my window, I hear that loud bird, it woke me up again. I sigh. Spring is here for us to see, the wind told the grass. And the grass told the trees. The trees told the bushes. And the bushes told the bees.️The bees told the robin And the robin sang out clear. “Wake up, wake up Spring is here!”
I see trees of green, red roses too, I see them bloom for me and you. And I think to myself, what a wonderful world. I see skies of blue and clouds of white, the bright blessed day, the dark sacred night and I think to myself, what a wonderful world.
The colours of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky are also on the faces of people going by I see friends shaking hands saying: “How do you do?”
They’re really saying “I love you” I hear babies crying, I watch them grow. They'll learn much more, then I’ll ever know. And I think to myself, what a wonderful world. Yes, I think to myself, what a wonderful world.
I hope all our lives are full of bright colours and we together will say, ‘what a wonderful world’.
